They packaged my bike so poorly that the rear wheel cassette severely damaged the frame. I contacted them and they promised to send me a replacement frame. I'm still waiting to hear from them. I removed the cheap stickers placed on the frame. Thanks David Turner for killing my last hope in the idea of "Made in America".
