The rack itself is great and holds the bike very securely. Very easy to load, unload, and tilt. Would like to see the locks for the security cable and hitch pin be a little more rugged and not made of plastic. I would not trust leaving my bike mounted while away from my car due to these locks, a few whacks with a hammer would likely take them off.
