It is an easy 300 Lumens to add to you helmet to help on those night rides. Plus a long run time and ability to adjust the brightness make it unbeatable
Good buy! You could ride on medium and extend your ride time to 3 hrs. I would do this and add one small cheap light to my bars for the perfect amount of light and ride time!
Pros Small, compact, great headmount, light weight and super bright!
This is a great additional light to my helmet light. It is enough light to ride out of the trail if your helmet light craps out. I was able to ride my regular trail with just this light after my HID helmet light died. I think you could ride with just this light on your helmet. Very reasonable price (online) and charges from USB. Comes with a wall charger. Lasts about 1.5 hours on high and charges in about 5 hours. Overall very bright and comes with helmet and bar mount. Great light if your on a budget!
Pros Super compact, self contained, no wires, Lithium Ion battery, lightweight, and plenty of light
This is a solid little light that pumps out 350 high-quality lumens. The construction is excellent and the burn time seems great. I think the price has been dropped on this light, however, even at $150-160 it is still about $70 more than a 900 lumen magic shine. Yes, the quality of construction is much higher on the minewt, but that many more lumens for such a lower price...
Pros Performance, build.
Cons Price. On/off switch is on battery pack, which can be difficult to get at if its in your pack.
Get this light for efficient off road riding. Not quite a race light, but it would work for that purpose.
Pros An easy, sturdy mount with three different bands for various size handlebars. A nice beam and good light output. Flash option is like riding in a disco. Perfect for urban riding and solo commuting
Cons One setting flash is too bright for dark streets.
Not a bad light, debated on this or Cygolite's option but I really liked the pattern and build quality on the Minewt. Fit and finish is very nice and the light is tiny but creates a huge amount of output.
I haven't had the issues the other reviewer had but I only use this light on the handle bars. So far the cable has stayed in with no issues.
Picked this up on sale for $150 so I think for the price, it couldn't be beat, even with the few minor drawbacks.
Again, I can't speak for helmet use but on a bike itself, I'd recommend this light. :3
Pros Bright!
Good pattern, a mix of flood and spot
Easy to mount on bars
Small
Cons Battery life could be 1 hour longer on high
No helmet mount included
Charge time
I borrowed this from a teammate for my night lap at 24 hours of Moab. (The unit is about 2 months old) This light is awful! I mounted it to my helmet and ran the cord behind my back and placed the battery back in my jersey pocket. The cable would easily and frequently come unplugged from the battery pack, which of course made it turn off. Even worse was when I plugged it back in, it didn't return to an 'On' state, so then I would also have to fish around for the hard to reach power switch.
This occurred about 10 times and I finally gave up and decided to run with just the light I had mounted on my handlebars.
I was finally able to borrow some duct tape from another rider and I fixed it, but not before it cost me 15 minutes on my lap time.
Back in the support tent, I talked to several other riders (one pro) who had similar issues with this light and the more expensive Pro 700. All of them were now running Light & Motion Stellas.
Pros Bright, wide beam pattern.
Good battery life.
Cons Heavy when mounted on a helmet.
Cord will not stay plugged into the battery pack.
On/off switch is on battery pack.
Bought a few of these on a trip as we forgot to pack ALL of our stuff. This light was impressive for the $$ spent. 110 lumens of led will definitely cut through the dark, but this light has a narrower beam with a distracting "hotspot" in the middle of the beam. That hotspot draws your attention/focus to it, to the point it bugged me.
I'll keep these as a very viable back-up or guest lights, but not a primary ride.
Better suited for roadie than trail.
Pros USB rechargeable, compact, relatively low price, well known brand, trounces a halogen bulb. Good entry level option.
While a little on the pricey side for handlebar only lights, these work great as a complement for a helmet light for mountain biking, and work equally well on a commuter or road bike in the dark. Don't try and use these as your only light mountain biking as not having a helmet light will really slow you down.
Pros Super bright with plenty of battery light for most kinds of riding, a smart charger that doesn't rely on you keeping track of how long it's been charging. Having two actual light sources is great for customizing what in front of you gets lit up based on what you're doing.
Cons Almost too bright- even on low, these overpower my 10W TrailRat helmet light which means you should have a pretty bight helmet light if using these on your bars. No way to mount somewhere other than the bars. No storage bag included in packaging (though these fit in my TrailRat bag with it). No way to only use one light.
buy it, it is good for you.
Pros
bright, lightweight, and tough. great system easy to use perfect helmet lamp.
Cons
Thank |none really
The Light is great for a helmet light to add to your actual race light. This gives a little more light when looking through the corners.
Pros
Thank |Lightweight

Pros
Small, compact, great headmount, light weight and super bright!
Cons
Thank |Battery only lasts 1.5 hrs on high.
This is a great light on a budget but with the dropping prices of the 750 pro, it might be worth the extra little money by the sounds of it
Pros
Thank |Bright, great beam pattern, nice helmet mount, price
Lightweight super bright light. Lasts plenty long enough to get you out of the woods if u get caught out or long enough for a good night ride
Pros
Thank |Super bright
Easy to use

Thank |long charge time, sort of short run time
Nice spot, I use as a helmet light. Handlebar mount is top notch. Well made.
Pros
All in one, no cords. Helmet mount is great.
Cons
Thank |Not a lightweight as a corded light set up, but what do you expect?
On my 2nd season with these lights. No problem. Lights are getting yellow over time from white. I have the 400 lumens, not the 300 in the review.
Pros
Dual adjust ability. 1.25 hr on high.
Cons
Thank |Dual adjust ability. 3 hr charge. Battery discharges quick when not in use.

great light for road riding. Great quality. I'd buy another one
Pros
Bright light for its size. Mounts easily, and the light will run for quite some time. I believe 2 straight hours on the brightest setting.
Cons
Thank |I would not use this on trails. Still not bright enough for that.

The really bright light, kick ass mounts, and no wires and separate battery makes this light really great. The convenience is what I like.
Pros
No wires, awesome mount, not too expensive, bright, USB charging.
Cons
Thank |Little bulky/heavy

I do use it to commute in the moring and it does great, but for trail riding the beam is a bit small.
Pros
bright and light weight.
