I bought a Chris King for my cross bike because my stock BB30 wouldn't stop creaking no matter how many times I tightened it. I was fed up and asked my LBS what the best solution would be to fix the noise, and they said Chris King would be the guaranteed fix. best $200 plus labor I have ever spent. I will replace every BB that wears (or bearings for that matter) out on my bikes with Chris King. Cant really get any better quality than Chris King Products
